Mr. Ghazi Danish Ahmed is a production and operation professional with 15 years of development and services experience with focus on health care and educational utility. He is currently working as the Dean of Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at Al- Karim University, Katihar; and Director of School of Information Technology, Al-Karim University, Katihar. His areas of expertise in information technology skills include software development, web design, teaching and management. He previously worked as a software engineer in Compu Home, Club Road, Mithanpura, Ramna, Muzaffarpur; and also has about 4 years of teaching experience as a guest faculty at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and Allahabad Agricultural Institute Deemed University, Allahabad. His leadership along with his knowledge and experience in the field of Information Technology helps us in smooth functioning of our faculty. 

Prof. (Dr.) Ratul Charan Deka

Prof. (Dr.) Ratul Charan Deka has over 30 years of teaching experience. He is currently the Dean of Faculty of Medicine, and the Principal of Katihar Medical College at Al- Karim University, Katihar.

He started his career as the Registrar of Ophthalomogy at RIO, Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati. He served at Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh in different academic positions. He worked as a Professor of Ophthalomogy at Assam Medical College, Guwahati. He worked as a Professor and Head of the department for about 5 years at Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad Medical College, Barpeta, Assam. He worked as a Medical Superintendent and Professor for about 2 years at Tezpur Medical College Hosptial, Tezpur

He did his fellowship in eye banking and keratoplasty in the USA on WHO scholarship.

He also did postgraduation in Hospital Managment from National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi.

Besides his academic pursuit, he devoted significant time in preventing rural blindness in the state of Assam. He has a credit of operating more than fifty thousand surgery in the field of prevention of blindness.
