Significant achievements: Dr. Akhilesh Kumar, apart from academic endeavors, also worked along with Father of Modern Management, Peter Drucker, on a research work for Improving the US Economy during the period of Ronald Reagan in early eighties as junior research scholar.
Introduced the system of: Intelligent monitoring, for corporate sectors, organizations in manufacturing & services, projects and consultancy, research & innovation, including governance.
Introduced for first time: the objective profiling and preparation in any stream, must be done on the basis of data collected by groups of persons from external sources by researching the specific needs of futuristic base which will be parts of the future business explorations.
Dr. Akhilesh Kumarhas participated in various conferences and seminars of national and international repute. His strength span across in the areas of strategic management, management of technology, team building, top management & governance, and leadership.
Dr. Akhilesh Kumarin his service span of 36 years has been conferred various awards and accolades by diverse organizations. He has been associated with the organizations of repute such as MIT Sloan School of Management Cambridge USA, Harvard Business School USA, XLRI Jamshedpur India, University of Stirling Scotland, University of Huddersfield UK and University of Connecticut USA. He got the opportunity to teach and share the knowledge at Harvard Business School, for part-time classes of Executive Management Program.
His visionary outlook, outstanding leadership and passion for education have resulted in him being part of multiple committees in various institutions. He has 17 international papers and 3 mational papers to his credit. Dr. Kumar had also been associated in manufacturing, operations, strategy on senior positions and worked with companies like Intel Corporation USA, Northern Radio Corporation USA and British Telecom London. In addition to his academic accomplishments, professionally he had been actively involved with MDPs, FDPs, AMPs, etc. for corporate. One of the most notable aspects of Dr. Kumar is that he had always been connected to students community, culture and society by his role and work in manufacturing & operations, research, strategic management, use of technology, innovation in products & services, academics, team building and leadership.
His vision
Dr. Akhilesh Kumar has a vision to build a premier knowledge driven organization/institution in India which is of global standard. He wishes to take research to heights by educating leaders of the future. He has a vision to promote global competitiveness by providing multiple opportunities for excellent education, applied research, innovation and service to humanity.

Prof. (Dr.) Syed Mohammad Karim has over 45 years of experience in both teaching and administration. He is working as Pro-Vice chancellor, Aryabhatta Knowledge University since 2015. He is currently serving as a member of Advisory Committee of the Chancellor of Universities of Bihar; and was a member of Search Committee for Selection of Vice-Chancellors / Pro-Vice-Chancellors of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna in 2017.
He has worked as a Director, Higher Education in the Government of Bihar from 2014 to 2015. He also worked as a Registrar at Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna from 2012 to 2014; and as a Controller of Examinations at Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna from 2010 to 2013.
He worked as a Professor in the Post Graduate Department of Physics at V. K. S. University, Ara from 2003 to 2010; as the Director of M.C.A. course in the same university for 3 years; Professor at Maharaja College, Ara which is a constituent college of V.K.S. University, Ara from 1995 to 2003; as a Reader in Physics from 1986 to 1995 at Maharaja College, Ara; and as a Lecturer in Department of Physics at Maharaja College Ara from1976 to 1986, which was a constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, and now is under V.K.S University Ara, Bihar.
About twenty of his articles were published in reputed journals in India and abroad. Under his supervision, six of his scholars have been awarded Ph. D.
