The department of Physiology is located on the ground floor of the college building and is involved in undergraduate, postgraduate teaching and research activities.
The department has its own research laboratory, Mammalian laboratory, Amphibian laboratory, Haematology laboratory with a capacity of 60 students each and demonstration rooms for small group discussions, which are equipped with audio-visual facilities. Services provided by the departments are cardiology services, respiratory services, autonomic function tests, neurology and investigative facilities.
